The draw usually takes place towards the end of August.<\/p>\n<p>Only eligible, fully paid-up CPS members may enter the draw. Temporary memberships are not eligible.<\/li>\n<li>Members must either attend the 2026 CPS AGM or pay the R250 entrance fee.<\/li>\n<li>The 2026 AGM will be held on 20 August 2026 at 19:00, in the clubroom or online.<\/li>\n<li>A member cannot win a slot two years in a row. Therefore, winners of the 2025 draw are excluded from the 2026 draw.<\/li>\n<li>Entries close on 27 August 2026 at 19:00. No late entries will be considered.<\/li>\n<li>All valid entries will be ranked randomly.<\/li>\n<li>Week slots will be allocated by rank \u2013 the higher your rank, the better your chance of securing your preferred week.<\/li>\n<li>If a winner decides to pass on their slot, it will be offered to the next entrants in order of rank.<\/li>\n<li>Attendance at the draw is not required.
